These terms cover ordering a listing video from Bloom Fuel Studio. They're short, and written to be read.
What you're buying
One short listing video, made by an editor from the listing link or photos you give us, in the format and length you pick. It costs $29, paid once. There's no subscription. We aim to email your video within 1 business day of payment. That's a target, not a guarantee. If we can't deliver, we refund you in full.
Paying
Payments are taken by Link, which is operated by Stripe and acts as the seller of record for your payment. Link's own terms apply to the payment itself, and your receipt comes from Link. The $29 price includes any sales tax. Promo codes are checked at payment.
Your listing, photos and details
By ordering, you confirm you're the listing agent or have permission to use the photos and details you send us or point us to. You let us use them to make and deliver your video. If you ticked the box to have it posted on the Bloom Fuel Studio channel, you also let us post the finished video there. You're responsible for the listing details being accurate and for the listing complying with fair housing and advertising rules.
Your video
Once it's delivered and paid for, you can use the video to market that listing anywhere: social media, your website, the MLS, email. Music in the video is licensed for that use. Don't pull the music out and use it on its own. We keep a copy so you can download it again from your account.
Revisions and refunds
Each order includes one free revision. Refunds are covered in the refund policy.
Limits
We don't accept listings or material that's unlawful, misleading, or that you don't have the rights to. We can decline or cancel an order for that reason, with a full refund. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is the amount you paid for it.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the new version applies to orders placed after it's posted here. Bloom Fuel Studio runs this service from California, and that state's law governs these terms. Questions go to hello@bloomfuelstudio.com.
