Refunds

Simple version: we refund in full until the video is delivered, and after that we fix it first.
Before your video is delivered
Changed your mind, or the listing fell through? Reply to your order email or write to hello@bloomfuelstudio.com and we'll refund the full $29.
After it's delivered
Every order includes one free revision. Reply to your delivery email with what to change and we'll send an updated version. If it's still not right after the revision, tell us why. Refunds after delivery are at our discretion, and we'll be fair about it.
How refunds reach you
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, including any tax. Link emails you a refund notice. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. Link and Stripe may also issue a refund themselves within 60 days of purchase, under their own policies.
