What we collect when you order a listing video, why, who else handles it, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
What you type into the order form: the listing address, price, property details, link and notes, the agent name and phone for the end card, and your email. Photos you upload for the video. Your payment details go to Link and Stripe, not to us. We never see your card number. Your IP address, briefly, to stop abuse of the order form and sign-in.
Why we use it
To make your video, email it to you, send order updates, and let you sign in to download it again. To answer you when you write to us, and to keep the service safe.
Who else handles it
Link and Stripe process your payment and handle payment support, as the seller of record. Supabase stores your order, account and files. Resend sends our emails. Vercel hosts the site. If analytics are switched on, PostHog records how the site is used. We don't sell your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Listing photos are deleted 30 days after your video is delivered. Orders you start but don't pay for are closed after 7 days, and their photos are deleted. Your finished video and order record stay so you can download the video again and so we have a record of the sale.
Cookies
One cookie remembers your order while you fill in the form. Signing in sets a session cookie. We also remember which link brought you to the site, in your browser.
Your choices
Email hello@bloomfuelstudio.com to see what we hold about you or to have it deleted. We keep what the law requires for sales records. Bloom Fuel Studio, based in California, is responsible for the information described here.
